About Us

Peak Incentives is made up of a group of experienced travel professionals who combined, have travelled to over 85 countries and well over 250 cities. The Key Account Managers and support staff keep themselves up-to-date on the latest travel trends by attending overseas travel conventions each year. We have an extensive network of DMC’s (Destination Management Companies) throughout the world with whom we have built strong and trusted relationships. This network includes industry specialists in international events and “off-the-chart” destinations that enable us to collate travel itineraries that are out of the ordinary.

Our aim is to provide a tailor-made incentive trip at a price to suit your budget. The success of the trip is measured by the number of employees that strive to achieve the next years incentive powered by the knowledge that these incentive trips are “mind blowers!”

We are well aware of the necessity to work closely with your company’s procurement department and recognise that it is imperative to fight for the best price possible during these economically challenging times. Each client is handled exclusively by a Key Account Manager and the entire operation is overseen by the General Manager. A dedicated support team is appointed to handle the logistics for each itinerary and there will always be at least one tour leader – usually the Key Account Manager.
