We have an extensive network of DMCs (Destination Management Companies) throughout the world with whom we have built reliable and trusted relationships. This network includes industry specialists in international events and “off-the-chart” destinations that enable us to create travel itineraries that are out of the ordinary.
Our Key Account Managers are responsible for liaising with our valued clients on a daily basis and fostering long-term relationships. They use their excellent organisational skills to ensure that deadlines are met, and leverage their extensive knowledge and logistics experience to ensure that the entire incentive travel process runs smoothly.

Peak Incentives is made up of a group of experienced travel professionals who, combined, have travelled to over 85 countries and well over 250 cities. Our Key Account Managers and support staff keep themselves up-to-date on the latest travel trends by attending overseas travel conventions each year.

Key Account Manager
Has over 12 years of eventing and incentive experience across many industries. Marya is dynamic, creative and believes that it’s all about the detail. She is responsible for formulating creative strategies for each client and the logistical deliverance of those projects. With a degree in logistics, she believes in a hands-on approach, while including new, fresh and unique elements in every experience or event.
Key Account Manager
Thandanani has been in the travel industry for 12 years. He started as a junior consultant and worked his way up through the ranks, and with various companies to the position of Key Account Manager in Durban
handling conferences, events and incentives. Having travelled to over 40 countries, both on business and leisure, Thandanani can recommend and advise on all areas of travel. His aim is to provide an experience that makes employees even more motivated to succeed in the future, whether it be a conference or incentive. Thandanani is passionate and always goes the extra mile.
Finance and Office Administrator
Yolanda is our dynamic and highly motivated finance clerk. Her key strength is in the financial aspects of planning, costing and invoicing of incentive trips, conferences and events. She loves interacting with clients and likes to build relationships as she strives to understand what each individual business and client requires from a financial perspective. She is proactive in identifying and solving issues and will ensure that your post-trip recon experience is a pleasant one. She is a dedicated and honest professional who leverages initiative and resourcefulness in order to ensure a smooth relationship between client and Peak Incentives.
Thato is responsible for managing our online registration system and website; organising luggage labels, travel documentation and tour leader manuals, distributing documentation and travelling with another tour leader to assist local groups.
As our dedicated Flight Controller, Phumzile manages all aspects of our Domestic, Regional and International flights, and also arranges car hire, cruise trips and accommodation for our clients . She works closely with the Key Account Managers with the aim of achieving the best flight schedules (including the best routing and fares) for our clients, making Phumzile a well-rounded travel expert to ensure that our clients enjoy exceptional experiences.
Conference and Events Manager
As the dedicated Key Account Manager for the conference and events sector of the business, Nicola’s passion and hands-on approach ensure the successful and professional delivery of all conferences and events. With more than ten years of experience in the industry, she can advise, recommend and suggest elements and venues that would be suitable for any and all requirements; relieving the stress of conference and event planning by handling all the aspects from logistics, through to menu choices, décor, entertainment and even team-building.
Key Account Manager & General Manager
With 14 years of incentive travel experience, Mike adopts a hands-on approach to each trip, working closely with the Key Account Managers in their relationships with their clients, overseeing all arrangements, and accompanying groups when required. Having gathered a wealth of knowledge from visiting 58 countries and over 150 cities, Mike adds value to each itinerary by advising on excursions, entertainment and accommodation in the various destinations. He also negotiates with the overseas-based ground handlers to ensure excellent service levels at a reasonable rate.
